At LuxPilot, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

## Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within **1 to 3 business days** after they are placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note:
- orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays

## Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Most orders arrive within **7 to 12 business days** after shipment, although some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on carrier conditions, customs, or supplier delays.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

## Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen due to:
- carrier issues
- customs processing
- weather
- high shipping volume
- supplier or logistics delays

LuxPilot is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, but we will do our best to help if an issue comes up.

## Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

In some cases, tracking may take additional time to update while the package is in transit.

## Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

LuxPilot is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us through the contact page on our website.

We will review the issue and do our best to assist, but LuxPilot is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

## Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, supplier locations, or shipping logistics.

If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and items may arrive on different days.

## International Shipping

We may offer shipping to select international locations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

International shipping times may vary and can be longer than domestic estimates.
