# Return & Refund Policy

At LuxPilot, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

## Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within **30 days of delivery**.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition it was received
- be unused or in like-new condition
- include all original parts, accessories, and packaging
- include proof of purchase or order details

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within **7 days of delivery**.

To help us review the issue, please be prepared to provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or video showing the problem

If approved, we may offer one of the following:
- a replacement
- a refund
- or store credit

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- final sale items
- gift cards
- downloadable products
- custom or personalized items
- items damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear

## Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow **5 to 10 business days** for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- the item arrived damaged or defective
- the wrong item was sent
- or the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

## Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the normal return process.

## Delayed or Missing Orders

We work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our site. If an order is delayed or appears lost, we will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

## Electronics and Charging Products

For chargers, lights, and other electronic accessories:
- products must be used only as instructed
- recommended power adapters, cables, and power sources should be used when applicable
- minor cosmetic differences in packaging may occur between batches
- product color or finish may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing updates

Damage caused by misuse, improper power sources, improper installation, modification, accidental damage, or failure to follow product instructions is not eligible for refund or replacement.
